Refund and/or Cancellation Policy : Orlando Vacation Packages USA understands that on occasion, you can't reschedule your trip and must cancel instead. You can do this at no cost by calling our office at 1-888-391-8325 between 9am and 11pm 7 days a week and speak with one of our representatives within 1 day grace period of booking and scheduling your trip (unless the reservation is being made within the cancellation period of 3 business days). A $99 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your trip after the grace period. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. You will also receive a $50 credit applicable to another vacation package through Orlando Vacation Packages USA for up to twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation 3 business days or less before your arrival date, you will be assessed a $99 cancellation fee plus 1 room night (at the non promotional room rate). The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The cancellation period of 3 business days supersedes any provision within this Cancellation Policy. There are No Refunds for No-Shows or Early Check-Outs. (Very Important: Cancellations Can Only Be Accepted By Phone......Email Cancellations Are Not Accepted)In the event Orlandovacationpackagesusa.com is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Orlandovacationpackagesusa.com reserves the right to use substitute accommodations of Equal or Greater value if available or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to Orlandodiscountticketsusa.com excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
Orlando Vacation Packages USA does not charge to reschedule your dates of travel as long as it is done 4 Days before arrival, if after or on day of arrival, Orlando Vacation Packages USA charges a fee of 1 Night Rack Rate, depending on the Resort or Hotel you are staying at, at time of arrival.....All tickets that are ordered and/or included with package will be delivered to the resort or hotel guest is staying at......
